We aim to deliver the products as soon as we receive an order and our delivery
timelines are as follows:
*The cut-off time for next day delivery is 2:00 pm on a working day from Monday
to Friday. If an order is placed after 2:00 pm then it will be delivered following
working day.
**All Wedding wear and customised collection will be delivered within 3-4 weeks,
as these are stitched on order.
Ready to wear dresses and unstitched suits can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order.
Wedding wear dresses and customised dresses are stitched on orders only, therefore are nonrefundable. Standard sizes are only given for customers’ convenience. Customers can either
choose a standard “Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large” size or provide their customised measurements. If a customer selects a standard “S,M,L or XL” size, this doesn’t mean that the
dress is refundable. Return is only accepted if the dress is delivered damaged.
For all returns “Buyer” will be responsible for return delivery cost.
We will send refund back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 10 calendar days of receiving the item.
Products should be unworn, in its original condition and all the tags attached to it.
